Our fun filled weekend...

Wow this weekend was really busy....

On Saturday, the kids and I did the 10th Annual Walk for Autism. It was great... The kids had a wonderful time, and it is for such a great cause. Go Draven's Dragster's. Here are some pics from the day...

The boys love Star Wars, and this was pretty cool that all the cast was there....

On Sunday, the whole family went to Kennywood for the BAC Local #9 picnic. The kids had a blast. They rode on everything that they were allowed to ride on, except Patrick. He wanted to ride on the JackRabbit, but the line was sooooooooooooo incredibly long, that we skipped it. We had beautiful weather and a great time, what more could you ask for...

We all did the auto ride, never again will I let Patrick drive with me as a passenger... I thought I was going to die...

My kids mean the world to me. It is crazy how big they are getting in so little time. It seems like just yesterday I was at the hospital delivering Lacie. It is amazing to see them grow into their own little person. Even though my kids are different in so many ways, they are similar too. It's so crazy!!

TYLER is my 10 year old. He is the one that is to smart for his own good. He attends the gifted program at his school. We are so proud. He loves to play soccer and hang out with his friends. He has a great personality and the mouth to go with it, let me tell you. Tyler is a great big brother. He loves playing with Patrick and Lacie. He like to help out around the house. He is just genuinely a giving child.

PATRICK, oh my, what to say about Patrick. Patrick is always going to be the different one. Patrick is only 4 and has been through so much in his life.

He was diagnosed with Leukodystrophy, when he was just 9 months old. At that time, the doctors had told us that he only had six months to live. We were devastated. As you can see they were wrong, but he does have the diagnosis. They are not sure why his symptoms are not getting any worse (thank god). In addition to Leukodystrophy, Patrick has many other medical problems. I thank god every night before I go to bed that I have gotten another day with my son. We are very grateful. However, eventhough he has had such complications, he has a been a trooper through it all. He is the most fun loving kid you will ever meet. He is so loving. Don't get me wrong though, he is a devil too. If something gets broke, it is safe to assume that Patrick did it..LOL

Lacie is going to be 3 in a couple weeks. She is so funny. I swear she is going to be a singer when she gets older, she can really hold a note too. She is always singing and dancing to something, even if she is making it up as she goes. She is such a little princess and she knows it too. She loves to pick on her brothers, and at the already yound age of 2, she has figured out just how to get them in trouble and not herself. Quick learner if you ask me.
